IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter

Our Official Federal Nonprofit Status

Vernon Spirit Elite is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. This determination letter affirms that contributions made to our program are tax-deductible under IRS Section 170 and that we are eligible to receive grants, gifts, and support from individuals, corporations, and foundations. It provides assurance to our athletes, families, and community partners that we operate with accountability, transparency, and in alignment with federal nonprofit standards.
